Ferguson Named Customer Service Manager

Ann Ferguson has been promoted to Customer Service Manager of American Flagpole. Ann will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of orders throughout the system, as well as training and supporting customer service representatives in the flagpole division. Before her promotion, Ann served as a Customer Service Representative for Hapco. She has served in that position since 2004.

Ann has more than 16 years of customer service, receiving, distribution, and office management experience. Ann came to Hapco from Spherion Workforce Management and has spent the majority of her career working for Hamrick's Inc. in Kingsport, Tenn. and Gaffney, S.C.
